Easy to Use and Manage
1. DIAL AN ACCESS NUMBER
Select "ACCESS NUMBERS" on the navigation bar, then select a method to locate the access numbers in your area. You can search by your current location, or by area code.
Follow the instructions and pick an access number from the suggested list. Then, using your bundled phone number, dial this access number. You will then hear the HaiwaiTEL system greeting.
2. ENTER THE DESTINATION NUMBER
As long as you are using your bundled number, you will be prompted to enter the destination nubmer. Please use this format: 011 + country code + destination number + # key. For example, if you are calling someone at (10) 8765-4321 in Beijing, China, you should enter 011 86 10 87654321 #.
If you are calling a cell phone in China (e.g. 13800138000), enter 011 86 13800138000 #.
3. START TALKING!
You will hear a reminder of your minutes balance. After a few seconds, your call will be connected. You can then start talking and enjoy top voice quality at a low flat rate!
Please note: If you call from an unbundled number, you will be prompted to enter your PIN first. Your PIN is activated when you make your first purchase at HaiwaiTEL, and you can find it in the MY ACCOUNT > Account Info page.
