  1. Does my balance at HaiwaiTEL ever expire?

    Your balance at HaiwaiTEL never expires. You can make a purchase anytime, and use it only when needed

  2. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Please click the link "I forgot my password" in the login page, and follow the instructions. Please make sure you have access to the email address registered at HaiwaiTEL.

  3. Do I need to memorize my PIN?

    You do not need to memorize your PIN as long as you make your calls from your bundled phone numbers. All you need to remember are the login information at HaiwaiTEL.com.

  4. How do I know my remaining balance?

    You will be reminded of your balance before every call is made, after entering the destination number. You can also login at HaiwaiTEL.com and visit your Account Info page.

  5. How do I register my phone numbers to activate PINless dialing?

    The phone number you provided at registration is the default registered (or "bundled") number. You can add or remove numbers by visiting the My Numbers page anytime. All changes will be in effect immediately.

  6. How do I recharge my account?

    Click the "Purchase" button in the top section of any page at HaiwaiTEL.com, and follow the instructions. Your purchased balance will be available immediately.

  7. How do I change my personal information, i.e. address, password, etc.?

    Please go to your Account Info page, and then select the type of information you wish change.
